We received another amazing e-mail just in time for our departure for this trip of a lifetime, from one of the people involved in the ministry where Esther is staying:
"I know a lot of parents have a lot of nerves and wonder if the child will bond with them and know who they are so I thought I would tell you a Door of Hope secret :) We pray over all of our babies from the time they come to DOH. We make sure that each baby has a special prayer said in church (a dedication) and in that prayer we pray for you, the adoptive parents! As soon as we find out that a child has been matched we start telling them that they are going to their family :) The morning of the adoption, all the staff AND babies stop and pray for the baby. We pray for safety during travel, for a smooth "handover" and for a calm week. We pray that they will know who their mommy and daddy is! Little Esther has already been told all about you! Prayer has covered her from day one and God's hand is upon her!"

Wow, Gud är fantastisk. Vilken trygghet att veta om denna förbön och att den varit gemensam med eran fram till denna resa! Lycka till med allt, det skall bli jättekul att följa er. Vi längtar redan tillbaka! :-)
