Like... almost every woman puts her baby on her back in K's village/ethnic group in Nigeria... it goes without saying. In the U.S., yes we put our babies on our backs, but not like they do in Nigeria. So... it's rather a joke about not putting Esther on your back in the U.S./Sweden/West.
