The past 2 days

Blocking the strong African sun.

Esther is a bit groggy when she is first picked up in the mornings.
By the time I have asked her if she had fun "chillin' in her crib, yo" though,
she brightens up.

Today Esther was okay with riding on Mamma's back.

I love your lists!

Esther is completely adorable, of course.

Please do not put Esther on your back in Sweden and the United States. African laws are an illegality in the West.

Do not fee bad, you look African under a village tree. Greet Niklas and Esther for me - an African from Africa in Africa.

I'm confused by the not putting Esther on your back in the U.S.

Like... almost every woman puts her baby on her back in K's village/ethnic group in Nigeria... it goes without saying. In the U.S., yes we put our babies on our backs, but not like they do in Nigeria. So... it's rather a joke about not putting Esther on your back in the U.S./Sweden/West.
