Esther's new thing is sticking her tongue out and smacking her lips. She likes to try to imitate our facial expressions or sounds, but it doesn't always work out!
She has also begun to really belly laugh when she is having a good time.
One time she laughed so hard she made me laugh until I was crying!
She is still an outdoorsy kinda girl, and would much rather be outside than inside.
She still doesn't like to put on clothes.
She can now sit by herself, without wobbling and falling over (couldn't a week ago!) and will very soon be able to roll over from her back to her stomach, maybe within a day or two (one arm always seems to get in the way!). She still loves to be helped to stand up, and that is her favorite time to stick her tongue out - right after she stands up straight.
She really doesn't like to take naps during the day because she might miss something, and fusses lots before falling asleep. Once she does fall asleep during the day the nap only lasts about 10-20 minutes. She sleeps from 11 to 13 hours at night though, usually waking up once for a bottle. She babbles when she wakes up in the morning, and doesn't need to be picked up right away.I tried to take a picture of her hair but it didn't come out very well. At the crown of her head she has lots of curlycues, and at the sides it seems pretty straight. It has definitely gotten longer since we met her.

Hon är bara så underbar!
Vilka framsteg!
I'm just trying to imagine what her laugh sounds like... I can't wait to hear it myself!
